Co-Pastor Arlise has served as the Minister to Women at various churches under the leadership of her husband Pastor Tiate Carson from 2004 - 2008.  In December 2008, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, Co-Pastor Arlise and her husband planted Spirit and Truth Christian Church in Round Rock, TX where their passion is to serve God’s people by reaching out to the un-saved and spiritually disillusioned with a radically relevant message of salvation, deliverance, integrity, empowerment, and faithfulness.  Since its’ initial start, they have started a second location in East Austin.

Co-Pastor Arlise is a woman that earnestly perseveres to walk in the excellence of God, so that she may glorify Him in all she does.  She has truly been "Called into This Time for God’s Purpose." She attributes all she is in Christ to the love of God that continues to make all things possible in her life.
